Just found loose dog on Clayton ST in Bloomington between Oakland and Lincoln. Black make white on his toes and chest. He has on eye that is either blue or has a cataracts on it. Very friendly and ran right up to me. Please message or comment if you know him or his owners!! Pics in comments
