Found a cat in lancaster heights apartment complex on college and towanda. Brown and black mixture, long hair, had a purple leash on (long part was not on more like something a leash could attach to). Very sweet, skiddish but she (I assume she because of the purple) did eat the food I left out! Also had a white collar on, but no tag!
