Found, long hair tabby. Was just sitting on my porch. When I approached, started purring and meowing loudly. When it heard a treat bag, it ran inside the open door. He is obviously a house cat, no matted or wet fur. He had a chip, but the owners phone # was disconnected. Chip company and MCAC emailed owner, still no response. Will be fostering cat for awhile looking for the owner.
