Super friendly all black unneutered male cat (had an appointment for him to get fixed and chipped last week), and usually has his tongue partially sticking out. I have been looking for him for over two weeks now. When he goes outside, he usually stays in the yard or returns home within a couple of hours. I am extremely worried and would appreciate any leads or help. I have seriously tried everything. I live near E Oakland and State St in Bloomington.
