Active young female Pointer found in Bloomington Founders Grove Neighborhood at Washington and Perrin. She has a collar with no ID tags (broken off?) and a shock collar. She’s happily exploring my fenced backyard while waiting for her owners to find her.

Found IAA drive and Fairway black kitten a few weeks old. No collar.
